Reiki

It reinforces the body’s natural ability to heal itself on all levels, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Reiki reduces stress and brings about deep relaxation. A release in tension allows the removal of toxins and blockages and enhances the normal flow of energy to all areas. Reiki stimulates the body to heal resulting in a process of rejuvenation and relaxation. There are a myriad of potential benefits from Reiki which include; better sleep, reduction in stress, increased relaxation, normalizing blood pressure, relief of pain, increase in vitality, digestive improvements, spiritual growth and emotional clearing.

It is a pure source of loving healing energy that flows through all of us from the Divine Source. Reiki is a Japanese word and may be broken down into two syllables to derive its' meaning. "Rei" describes the universal, transcendental spirit, and "ki" is the life force energy, together this means spiritually guided life force energy. Energy imbalances and blockages occur in the body due to the influences of the world around us and how we interpret and process this information. We are often exposed to negative energy in our environment; we breathe in pollution and often ingest toxic substances, destructive lifestyle and relationships weaken and disrupt energy. Reiki is used to bring peace and balance to mind, body and spirit which support the functioning of the immune system and helps relieve many symptoms of illness.
Reiki is a wonderful complement to allopathic medicine and helps reduce the side effects of drugs and therapies. Reiki is not a religion and therefore, appropriate for everyone to experience.Reiki is a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. The Compassionate Program
As a Reiki Practitioner, I firmly believe that money should never be a barrier to healing.
The Compassionate Program was conceived to ensure that healing is accessible to all whom wish to receive it. In this program a set number of clients per year will be eligible to receive treatment at a reduced rate.
Should you want to heal but do not have the means to pay the posted rate for it, please contact me to discuss your needs.
Smudging
I also offer Smudging services which cleanses any negative or bad energy that is lingering or has attached to a person, home or work space.
The ritual of smudging can be defined as "spiritual house cleaning". In theory, the smoke from various herbs and plants attaches itself to negative energy and as the smoke clears it takes the negative energy with it, releasing it into another space where it will be regenerated into positive energy. Contact me for more info or to book a session. I will drive out to your home or business to clear any negative energy in that space.

Reiki can be performed in-person or long distance. Currently, I am focusing on long distance Intuitive Reiki Healing, which allows you to receive healing while in meditation in the comfort of your own space. There is a long distance Reiki symbol that I use that allows us to stay connected energetically.
What does a Distance Reiki Session look like?
Distance Reiki sessions are just as effective as an in-person session and are perfect for those wanting to experience Reiki in the comfort of their own home.
We are more than just our physical bodies; we are energetic beings and we are all connected via the collective consciousness.
Quantum Physics shows us that everything, including human beings, is made of energy, and that everything is influenced by this interconnected energetic field. Energy transcends time and space because energy is not affected by time and distance, energy is not bound by the limitations of the 3D existence. You only need to open to receive.
Once we agree on the date and time of your appointment, I will send you a link for a video call. We. will have a chat first, letting me know what you would like to work on or what you are struggling with, so we can make the most of your session.
At the time of your session, I will teach you deep breathing exercises to help you relax, then I will start beaming Reiki energy and it will be as if you are laying on the table in front of me in the same room.
It is best if you find a comfortable, quiet space to sit or lay down and close your eyes to connect within yourself. I will have soft music playing in the background so you can relax while receiving the Reiki healing.
After the session is complete, there will be time to check-in, ask questions and go over any information that is discovered. I do two follow-up calls 24 hours and 48 hours after your session.
